After defeating Fribourg in the semi-finals, they dominated Treviso, at one point holding a commanding 22-point lead (46-24).

Tyrese Samuel led the scoring with 19 points, supported by Assémian Moularé with 14 points and 7 assists, and Hugo Robineau with 11 points. Lionel Gaudoux was the team's top rebounder with 8 boards.

"It's good to start by winning this tournament in front of our home crowd, but we still have work to do, especially defensively," stated coach Frédéric Fauthoux to Le Progrès. "We also need to get more players back. Tonight, we were missing three guards. In building the team, connections are being made without many players. We need to get them back quickly to establish our game flow."
